About the Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll join a structured 9-month program designed to fast-track your development into a confident 360° recruiter. From day one, you’ll get hands-on experience, one-on-one coaching, and the chance to contribute to real client work and community initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Interview high-potential candidates and help guide their career journeys through thoughtful, values-led conversations
• Write compelling job ads and build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn, our CRM, and industry research
• Learn the full recruitment process — from taking briefs to negotiating offers — with real exposure and support
• Support client hiring across a range of industries and gradually take ownership of your own recruitment projects
• Contribute to team initiatives such as podcast content, mentoring programs, or market insight reports
