About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Payroll Officer with strong TechOne skills to process end-to-end payroll in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key part in delivering smooth and compliant payroll services to support healthcare professionals across the country.

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Payroll Officer with strong TechOne skills to process end-to-end payroll in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key part in delivering smooth and compliant payroll services to support healthcare professionals across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end payroll using TechnologyOne for a large, national workforce
- Maintain and update employee records, leave balances, and timesheets
- Ensure compliance with relevant awards, enterprise agreements, tax and super legislation
- Liaise with HR, Finance and operational teams to resolve payroll queries
- Assist with system upgrades, testing, and payroll process improvements
- Provide accurate payroll reporting and respond to employee enquiries
- 3+ years' experience in payroll processing, preferably in large organisations
- Hands-on experience with TechnologyOne Payroll is essential
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, tax and super
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the healthcare sector is highly regarded
- Salary: $50 per hour + super
- 3 month contract | Hybrid working (3/2)
