THE ROLE

Atlas Partners are working with a financial services organisation in their search to add to the Governance team. In this position you will play a crucial role in advising and supporting the organisation on risk matters and help implement best practice.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement and maintain the risk management framework, strategy, and policies.
• Perform risk assessments, control testing, incident capture, and reporting to ensure compliance
• Maintain risk profiles that meet CPS 230 standards
• Support business continuity management practices
• Identify, assess, and manage risks with effective preventative and/or detective control

THE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• 2+ years in a risk or compliance within financial services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Professional, deadline-driven, able to work autonomously with a proactive approach.
