The Opportunity
A hands-on Senior AP role where you’ll take full ownership of two property portfolios, manage high-volume statutory outgoings and ensure clean, accurate ledgers. Ideal for someone confident, proactive and ready to run a busy AP function independently.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with strong potential for permanency.

The Opportunity
A hands-on Senior AP role where you’ll take full ownership of two property portfolios, manage high-volume statutory outgoings and ensure clean, accurate ledgers. Ideal for someone confident, proactive and ready to run a busy AP function independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the shared AP inbox and maintain a zero-backlog standard
- End-to-end AP processing, coding, approvals and weekly payment runs
- Track and process council rates, land tax and other statutory outgoings
- Assist with tenant on-charges
- Coordinate legal fee invoices and liaise with councils, suppliers and legal firms
- Maintain accurate records to support audit and compliance
- Monitor AP aged balances and support cash-flow reporting
- Identify efficiency and system improvement opportunities
- Strong AP experience within property or multi-site environments
- Confident with high-volume statutory charges (rates, land tax, utilities)
- High ownership mindset — accurate, organised and reliable
- Comfortable working independently in a small, busy team
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder skills
- 12-month contract with genuine potential to go permanent
