The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead project-level month-end reporting, including margin analysis, reconciliations and key financial controls
- Manage project forecasts, cash flow modelling and variance analysis
- Provide clear financial insights that support operational planning and strategic decisions
- Produce financial inputs for project reviews, feasibility assessments and internal reporting
- Support audit, governance and broader financial reporting requirements
- Enhance finance processes, data accuracy and reporting efficiency
- Build effective relationships across cross-functional teams
- Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance or Commerce, with CA/CPA qualification
- Industry exposure to development, construction or other project-based environments is highly regarded
- Strong technical capability across financial reporting, project costing and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with modern ERP systems
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to partner effectively across project, operational and finance teams
- Hybrid flexibility with 2 days a week from home + modern office space
