The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity with strong exposure across major projects and the chance to add value from day one. You will lead financial reporting and forecasting at a project level, providing accurate analysis and partnering with operational teams to support informed, timely decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project-level month-end reporting, including margin analysis, reconciliations and key financial controls
• Manage project forecasts, cash flow modelling and variance analysis
• Provide clear financial insights that support operational planning and strategic decisions
• Produce financial inputs for project reviews, feasibility assessments and internal reporting
• Support audit, governance and broader financial reporting requirements
• Enhance finance processes, data accuracy and reporting efficiency
• Build effective relationships across cross-functional teams

About You

• Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance or Commerce, with CA/CPA qualification
• Industry exposure to development, construction or other project-based environments is highly regarded
• Strong technical capability across financial reporting, project costing and analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with modern ERP systems
• Clear, confident communicator with the ability to partner effectively across project, operational and finance teams
