The Role:
  
As the Senior Finance Business Partner, the core of your work will focus on driving positive performance and partnering with the operations team to achieve this. Experience in proactive financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic finance would be ideal. Specific responsibilities to include:
  • Strategy & Planning: Deliver financial insights for strategic decisions and monitor revenue and cost drivers
  • Business Advice: Offer timely financial advice, conduct monthly analysis, and support operational decision-making
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare month-end reports, forecasts, and annual budgets, ensuring accuracy in financial data
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with operational partners to deliver tailored financial insights and enhance performance
  • Business Support: Provide commercial finance support, including month-end closing and collaboration on client claims
Skills & Qualifications required:
  • Qualified CA or CPA (or equivalent)
  • Be a results-oriented finance expert working in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Have top tier communication skills and experience working with both financial and non-financial stakeholders at an executive level
  • Have a track record of adding financial and commercial value to an executive team
  • Experience improving processes, systems and reporting to support a growing business with sophisticated reporting requirements
