The Role

This newly created Systems Accountant role offers the opportunity to take ownership of core financial systems within a complex and high-profile environment. Working within a collaborative and commercially engaged finance function, you’ll lead systems optimisation, uplift reporting capabilities, and streamline core processes. 

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the internal NetSuite subject matter expert — managing day-to-day administration, upgrades, and enhancements
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and planning tools within NetSuite
• Support month-end, budgeting, and forecasting processes using system-based solutions
• Collaborate with I.T and external partners to resolve issues and improve performance
• Provide training, documentation, and support across finance and the broader business
• Champion automation, integrity, and control across financial systems and data

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in a Systems Accountant or similar role
• Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite (non-negotiable)
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles and finance operations
• CA/CPA qualified or working toward
• Demonstrated ability to develop reports, dashboards, and planning tools in NetSuite
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Exposure to NSPB, Power BI, SQL, or SuiteAnalytics will be highly regarded
