The Opportunity
  
This role will be highly visible across the organisation, providing support to a range of senior stakeholders; this broad position will evolve as the organisation transitions through an extended period of growth. Duties

• Business Partnering: -Responsible for partnering with senior management to provide financial expertise, financial analysis and insights.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:- Support the FP&A Manager in coordinating the annual budgets, monthly rolling forecasts and strategic planning.
• Accountable for the creation of monthly business performance reporting of key metrics.
• Financial Modelling & Analysis: Responsible for building driver-based models.
• Accountable for regular reporting to the executive team as required around key metrics.
• Working cross-functionally on initiatives relating to improvements on profitability.
• Continuous process improvement.

About You
  
For success in this position, we require an experienced Finance Business Partner with 3-4 years of experience in a similar partnering position. Additionally,

• CA/CPA qualified
• Public Health experience is well-regarded but not essential
• Highly analytical approach
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
