We are currently partnering with a well-established manufacturing business seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on an initial temporary contract, with strong potential to convert to permanent.

With no dedicated AP person currently in place, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, structure, and working methodically in a busy environment.

The Role

• Processing approximately 200+ invoices per week
• Allocating invoices to managers for approval
• Posting approved invoices into the ERP system
• Managing GRN (Goods Received Not Invoiced) matching for material purchases
• Supporting weekly payment runs as directed by the FC
• Managing the EFTsure system to ensure accurate supplier payments
• Processing employee expense claims and company credit cards via SAP Concur
• Handling transactions in foreign currencies (EUR, USD, CHF)

About You 

• Has 1–3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
• Can work independently and manage their day methodically
• Has experience with SAP Concur and/or EFTsure (highly regarded)
• Is comfortable dealing with multiple currencies
