The Opportunity
This Finance Business Partner role embedded in the Business Services team, reporting to a Finance Director. You’ll sit alongside the decision-makers – partnering with Executive Directors, Divisional Directors and operational leaders to turn numbers into strategy. Broad scope. Real visibility. A genuine opportunity to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the numbers – budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting and variance commentary
• Build financial models that drive real decisions – business cases, new initiatives, investment analysis
• Be the trusted finance voice for your divisions – present insights, challenge thinking, add value
• Deliver high-quality performance reporting against financial and activity targets each month
• Support year-end processes and compliance with relevant accounting standards
• Drive process improvement and help lift financial literacy across the organisation

About You
You’re a commercially sharp finance professional who thrives in complex environments. You don’t just report the numbers – you tell the story behind them. You’re confident presenting to senior stakeholders and just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves in Excel.

• 3–4+ years in a Finance Business Partner or commercial finance role
• CA/CPA qualified or working towards it
• Healthcare experience is a real plus
• Strong modelling skills and an eye for detail
• Advanced Excel; Oracle or similar ERP experience is a bonus
