The role

You'll own the numbers for a significant chunk of their APAC operation — reporting, forecasting, variance analysis — delivered accurately and on time to a US parent company that pays attention. You'll work across multiple markets and time zones, dealing with finance and commercial stakeholders in Australia, New Zealand and throughout Asia.

It's not a role for someone who needs hand-holding. It is a role for someone who wants visibility, variety, and the chance to actually make a mark.

The package

• $110,000 base, with genuine scope to move for the right person
• Bonus that typically lands around 15% — and historically has paid out

What you'll need

A CA or CPA, sharp Excel skills, and enough commercial experience to know what good looks like. You'll be working across multiple markets and cultures daily — so being genuinely good with people matters as much as being good with numbers. If you've come up through industry rather than practice, even better.
