We're on the hunt for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a high-performing team on a 12-month parental leave contract. About the role
You'll be stepping into a well-established payroll function, keeping the fortnightly pay run humming for a workforce of 1,000+ employees. You'll work closely with a payroll officer based in Townsville and report into a supportive Payroll Manager.

It's a busy 12 months — the business is mid-way through a UKG implementation, with EOFY, payday super deadlines and annual salary reviews all landing in the mix — so you'll hit the ground running. I

What you'll bring

• 2-3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience
• UKG system experience (this one's important — it's a key part of why we need you)
• Confidence interpreting enterprise agreements
• Experience in a mid-to-large payroll environment
• A steady, reliable approach when deadlines are non-negotiable
