THE POSITION
Due to sustained growth and increasing demand for advisory services, a Senior Manager role has been created within the Business Services division.
Reporting directly to the Partners, this is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing a diverse client portfolio while mentoring and developing a high-performing team.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing and nurturing long-term client relationships
• Leading and mentoring a team of accountants
• Overseeing workflow management and review processes
• Delivering high-quality advisory, consulting and compliance services
• Providing strategic business advice to privately owned and growing businesses
• Assisting Partners with practice development and client growth initiatives.

THE CANDIDATE:

• CA/CPA qualification
• 8+ years’ experience within Australian Public Practice
• Strong technical expertise across business services and tax
• Proven experience managing staff and reviewing work
• Exposure to large, complex privately owned client groups
• Exceptional client relationship management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• The ability to operate autonomously and at a senior leadership level

This role would suit an experienced Manager ready to step into a Senior Manager position, or an established Senior Manager seeking a boutique environment with greater client engagement and partnership exposure.
