About the Role

This is an initial 3-month temporary assignment for a hands-on Finance Manager, with strong potential for extension or permanency. The role sits within an established finance function and will play a key role in supporting increased reporting and operational demands during a period of growth and change.

Key Responsibilities 

• Owning month-end and year-end close processes, including balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparing statutory financial statements and supporting ASX reporting requirements
• Coordinating external audit processes and audit deliverables
• Managing tax and compliance obligations, including BAS, PAYG and payroll-related reporting
• Overseeing accounts payable, payroll, and core finance operations
• Managing cash flow reporting and supporting treasury and banking activities
• Maintaining and improving financial systems, processes, and internal controls
• Supporting and coordinating with local and offshore accounting resources as required

About You

• CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent) 
• Prior experience in an ASX-listed or similarly regulated environment is essential
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting capability
• Experience working with modern finance systems and improving processes
• Detail-oriented, delivery-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
