The Role
We’re seeking a Junior Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team on a 6-month temporary contract. You will be predominately focused on invoices. 

• Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Matching, batching and coding invoices
• Assisting with payment runs
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Managing AP inbox queries
• Supporting month-end processes as required

About You

• Around 12 months’ experience in finance or data entry 
• High attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy
• Confident communicator when dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems is advantageous
