About the Role
Take on full ownership of weekly payroll for approximately 270 employees across multiple awards. The role is on-site and will initially be based in Kilsyth, with an expected transition to Notting Hill.

Working days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday | Can accommodate someone who wants 4 days. There is potential for the role to transition to permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end weekly payroll processing for ~270 employees
• Payroll tax, superannuation and workers’ compensation
• Managing pay adjustments and payroll reporting
• Onboarding new employees and setting them up in the payroll system
• Responding to payroll queries
• Operating as the sole payroll specialist for the business

About You

• Micropay experience is preferred
• Exposure to BioTime or similar time & attendance systems is an  advantage
• Confident working autonomously as a sole operator
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented and reliable
• Happy to be on-site based in Kilsyth, likely move to Notting Hill

What’s on Offer

• $50–$60+ super, depending on experience
• Part-time hours (3-4 days per week)
• 3–6 month contract with potential for permanency

This is a standalone payroll role, ideal for someone confident working independently and managing end-to-end payroll with minimal handover or supervision.
