About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end close and management reporting
- Maintain accuracy of general ledger, journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow oversight across active projects
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory obligations
- Coordinate with external auditors and advisors as required
- Identify and address process or reporting issues during the assignment
- CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role
- Strong technical accounting and reporting capability
- Background in property, construction or project-based environments is advantageous but not essential
- Comfortable operating autonomously and managing competing priorities
- Clear, confident communicator with a delivery-focused mindset
- Available to commence a temporary assignment in the near term
