About the Role
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, your focus will be on ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions while managing stakeholders across multiple sites. 

• Processing and reconciling customer payments
• Allocating receipts accurately across multiple accounts
• Preparing and issuing invoices in line with contract terms
• Managing daily receipting 
• Assisting with month-end reconciliations and reporting
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders across multiple business sites

About You

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is a must
• Confident with reconciliations, allocations, invoicing and receipting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Excel and general accounting software
• Able to start at short notice and commit to a 6+ month contract
