The Opportunity

Reporting to the GM Finance, the Commercial Finance Manager will play a key leadership role within the finance function, driving commercial insights, performance reporting and strategic decision support across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring a small commercial finance team
• Partnering with senior stakeholders across operations, retail, logistics and merchandise planning
• Delivering robust budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Developing and enhancing commercial reporting, dashboards and financial models
• Supporting strategic initiatives and transformation projects with financial insights
• Providing analysis to support business decision making and performance improvement
• Building meaningful reporting metrics and KPI frameworks across the organisation

About You 

• CA / CPA qualified with a tertiary accounting degree
• Experienced in a commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering role
• Highly analytical with strong financial modelling skills
• Advanced in Excel with exposure to data tools such as Power BI or SQL advantageous
• A confident communicator who enjoys partnering with stakeholders across the business
• A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing a team

Candidates with experience in retail, FMCG or other multi-site environments will be highly regarded.
